Installation process and method
Wall and Roof Replacement, Texas City
During the process of the replacing the roof and walls this building was not in use. By stripping off the old panels and then re-installing them without having to close up and make the building watertight every night we saved the building owner a little money.
During the process we found about 12 roof purlins also had to be replaced plus 7 wall girts.
The building had a paint booth in it before with liner panel – we left that in place. Left side of the roof.
The new building had insulation added plus R panels for both the roof and the walls.
Galvanized for the roof and white for the walls. Many cities are requiring white roof panels now if the interior is going to have A/C installed.
