The columns have an unusual layout.  Two columns are side by side and the Webs and flanges are perpendicular to each other.  This layout proved to be a challenge to engineer a typical repair plan.

Due to the configuration a design was developed secure the base of the two columns to the pad, and then create a concrete box to tie it all together.

All welds were primed.

Holes were drilled into the pad; a high strength epoxy was used to secure the rebar.

Horizontal rebar is added and tired together with wire ties.
