Restoration off a 1940s Metal Building

To give new life to this old building, we installed new insulation, replaced and added steel structure, completed frame and footprint modification, added fresh paint, added new metal walls, added new gutters and downspouts, and added new galvalume plus roof panels. Here’s the before and after:

We achieved these results for ¼ of the price of a new building, and in ⅓ of the time to occupancy.
